Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I am in network with Aetna, Meritain Health, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I am out of network with all other insurance companies.

I am happy to provide a “super-bill” statement if you would like to file for out-of-network benefits. If you have a HSA or FSA, you are welcome to use that as a form of payment.

Where are you located? Do I have to come in person?

I am licensed in North Carolina and can see clients virtually at any location within the state. I am available for in person sessions 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at my office in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, North Carolina.

What can I expect in my first session?

In your first session, we’ll slow things down and get to know what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything—you set the pace, and we’ll begin building a sense of safety and direction together.

How do I get started?

In order to help decide if we are a good fit to work together, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.

We can chat about your goals, experiences, current struggles and then decide together if we are a good fit to move forward.

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected charges for services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. This estimate includes the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time during treatment.
